Stockholm Open Initiative

Perfect Fools

Perfect Fools enrolled in a non-profit intiative which gives outer-suburb 17-19 year olds a chance to work in communications and advertising during their summer. The initiative is called Stockholm Open and runs for 3 weeks every summer, with the hope of inspiring the teens to get into this proffession path now that their compulsory schooling is over.

I was the mentor for 5 'kids' from Rinkeby Kista, Julia, Prejwal, Fanuel, Lidya and Sagal to guide them through a real brief they got from the council of their home suburb.

For three weeks I ran a 1 hour workshop every morning, going through strategy, concept and creative execution. Bringing in other members from Perfect Fools to talk about their craft and help in giving the day's assignment to structure the young team's work.

Finally, after three weeks, they presented their pitch to 5 members form the council of Rinkeby Kista at Berghs School of Communication in central Stockholm.
